To book for the conference simply complete the registration process on the Genital Integrity 2008 Website.

How to pay

Please note that payment must be made in Pounds Sterling: -

• By cheque with completed booking (printed from the Genital Integrity 2008 Website) sent to: NORM-UK, PO Box 71, Stone, Staffs, ST15 0SF. Sterling cheques only, drawn on a UK Bank should be made payable to NORM-UK.
• By card/Paypal on line at the Genital Integrity 2008 Website.

You will receive confirmation of your registration and joining instructions. If you do not receive this confirmation within a week of registering, please contact NORM-UK on +44 1785 814 044. Please ensure that your payment is received by us in full before you arrive at the conference.
Delegate badges will not be sent out before the event.

Early Bird Booking Deadline

Prospective delegates are encouraged to pay early, to help us to reduce administration costs. To guarantee your place, book and pay before the early bird payment deadline of 1 July 2008, and benefit from a discounted registration rate. Please note that this deadline is non-negotiable. Where payment is not received before 1 July 2008, the regular rate will be charged. These same terms also apply when an organisation is making payment on behalf of a delegate.

Fee structure

The Single Campus Accommodation & Delegate Rate for 4th & 6th September includes entry to all conference sessions, conference programme documents, lunch and 2 refreshment breaks for that day, dinner and overnight bed and breakfast on the following morning. The rate for Friday 5th September includes attendance at the Gala Dinner.
The Accommodation and Breakfast Rate is for delegates arriving the previous evening before attending the conference, who need accommodation. It does not include dinner, but this can be purchased on a casual basis from either of the campus restaurants.
The Delegate Day Rate includes entry to all conference sessions, conference programme documents, lunch and 2 refreshment breaks for that day.
The Gala Dinner Rate is for those attending the dinner on Friday 5 September who are not paying the Single Campus Accommodation & Delegate Rate for that night.
The Student Day Rate is for full-time students of the Law and Medical Schools, and is available to students who will be asked to show proof of eligibility before issue of their conference badges.
There are a small number of on-site double rooms available at Keele. For rates and availability please apply to NORM-UK at info@norm-uk.org

Booking Conditions

Subject to the terms below, NORM-UK accepts your booking form as a firm and binding booking. Any cancellations of bookings must be made in writing to NORM-UK at the address above. Cancellations received up to and including 31 July 2008 will incur an administration fee of 15%, with a minimum fee of £25. Cancellations received after that date will not be eligible for a refund of any fees related to meals, accommodation or registration.
Substitutions of delegates are allowed on payment of a £15 administration fee.
Refunds shall not be payable for any total or partial failure of performance by NORM-UK of its duties and obligations under this Agreement occasioned by any act of God including but not limited to fire, flood, drought, tempest; act of government or state, war, civil commotion, insurrection, blockade, embargo, prevention from or hindrance in obtaining any raw materials, energy or other supplies, interruption of utility service, labour disputes of whatever nature including but not limited to strike, lock out or boycott; fuel shortage, disruption to transportation services or facilities, and any other reason beyond the control of NORM-UK.
NORM-UK will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to property (including personal property) brought onto the premises.

Programme changes

NORM-UK and the Conference Organising Team are unable to guarantee that any session or event will take place as advertised. Refunds of registration fees or fees for meals and/or accommodation, or refunds for expenses incurred in connection with a booking for a particular event are not available.
